Because we work with the best manufactures and have a fully trained and professional delivery team we have every confidence that we can get the product into your home in the perfect condition you would expect, however, if something does go wrong, we are here to make it right.
- If your furniture is damaged on delivery, we will most likely be the first to see it. Our delivery team are trained to inspect your product and if an issue is spotted photos are taken and emailed to our office instantly. From there we can decide how best to rectify the problem. It is also important that you inspect the goods. Please report any damages within 3 working days.
- If a fault occurs, you are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The period of manufactures warranty varies depending on the brand. You will receive the warranty documents on delivery. Don’t worry if you can’t locate your original receipt, we will have all the necessary information on file. If a you notice a fault, please report it to us as soon as possible.
