At Algram we want your home to be unique, so we take pride in ordering products to suit your individual requirements – ranging from style, colour and size. To achieve this we work with only the best manufactures.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every product varies, depending on where the factory is and how busy they are at any given time. We will always endeavour to deliver within the timescale quoted, however given the many factors involved any lead times quoted are estimates only.
- Delays can happen, in such a case we will keep you fully informed.
- Any delivery lead time we quote is an estimate
- As any delivery time is an estimate, we cannot be held responsible for a delay outside of our control.
What happens if there is a fault or damage?
Because we work with the best manufactures and have a fully trained and professional delivery team we have every confidence that we can get the product into your home in the perfect condition you would expect, however, if something does go wrong, we are here to make it right.
- If your furniture is damaged on delivery, we will most likely be the first to see it. Our delivery team are trained to inspect your product and if an issue is spotted photos are taken and emailed to our office instantly. From there we can decide how best to rectify the problem. It is also important that you inspect the goods. Please report any damages within 3 working days.
- If a fault occurs, you are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The period of manufactures warranty varies depending on the brand. You will receive the warranty documents on delivery. Don’t worry if you can’t locate your original receipt, we will have all the necessary information on file. If you notice a fault, please report it to us as soon as possible.
- We can cannot accept a return on a mattress or pillow that has been used, this is for hygiene reasons. Please check your items carefully upon delivery to ensure you are satisfied before using them.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Ordering
- We require a 25% deposit on all orders placed.
- Special orders can only be cancelled if the factory can accomade.
- Refunds are only offered on special orders if the product is faulty.
- Please check your receipt and ensure that the order is as you requested.
- If you are purchasing ex-display goods, a full payment is required.
- Once your order arrives in stock, we will call you to make the necessary arrangements. The balance is due in full at this stage.
Delivery
- On the day of your delivery, our fully trained staff will place the furniture in a room of your choice. We can also arrange to have any items assembled if required. This will need to be discussed and arranged at the point of sale.
- We can also provide a phone call on the delivery day with notice of our arrival.
- Any times provided by our warehouse are approximate and are subject to change.
